Terms of Sale Thank you for supporting Rizzo Micro Bakery. We are a small-batch cottage micro bakery, and each order is prepared with care through scheduled preorder releases. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Preorders and Payment. All products are offered in limited quantities through scheduled preorder windows. Orders are confirmed only after checkout is completed and payment is successfully received through our website. Because we operate through a preorder model, availability is limited, and items may sell out before the ordering window closes. Product Availability. Our menu is released in limited batches based on our baking schedule and production capacity. Availability may vary from one release to another, and some products may return only during select menu drops or seasonal offerings. Pickup and Delivery. Customers are responsible for selecting the available fulfillment option at checkout. Pickup and delivery details will be provided according to the selected order option. Delivery is currently limited to the Osceola County Courthouse and is typically scheduled for Mondays following weekend bake dates. Additional delivery dates may be offered from time to time and will be announced in advance. Customers are responsible for arriving within the stated pickup or delivery timeframe and for making arrangements to receive their order as scheduled. Order Changes and Cancellations. Because our products are prepared in small batches and made to order, any request to cancel an order must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled bake or fulfillment date. Cancellation requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be accepted, especially if preparation or production has already begun. Requests for order changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible once an order has been placed. Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our small-batch, made-to-order bakery model, sales are final once production has begun. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will issue an appropriate refund. If there is a problem with your order, contact us promptly so we may review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution. Missed Pickup or Delivery. Customers are responsible for picking up or receiving their orders at the agreed time and location. Orders that are not picked up or not received as arranged may not be eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for product quality after the scheduled pickup or delivery time has passed. Handmade Product Variation. All of our breads and baked goods are handcrafted in small batches. Natural variation in shape, color, crust, scoring, and overall appearance may occur from one bake to another. These variations are a normal part of the artisan baking process and do not affect the quality of the product. Ingredients and Allergens. We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, ingredient information, and allergen statements before placing an order. Our products are made in a home kitchen under Florida cottage food law and are sold prepackaged with ingredient and allergen labeling as required. Cottage Food Notice. Made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations. Contact Us.
