Wholehearted Wheat – Oats combines whole wheat flour with hydrated rolled oats for a soft, tender sourdough sandwich loaf with a little extra heartiness in every slice. The oats bring a subtle nutty flavor and satisfying texture while keeping the crumb soft and versatile. Made with our sourdough starter and lightly sweetened with honey, it’s a comforting everyday loaf that works beautifully for sandwiches, toast, or simply sliced and enjoyed with butter.
